As per the photos, this is an old Oak Sideboard Top / Backboard (I think! - please let me know if you know what it actually is/was :) It is one of many assorted pieces of old furniture / old building supplies etc that were bought as part of a lot - of which we wanted only one item, so are selling the rest in a number of separate listings (see our for sale). This piece is very solid and thick - and heavy!There is one slither of timber from the top of the back that has come away, but the slither is there and the pieces of masking tape are holding it on (not in position obviously). This is the only damage to this magnificent piece of old timber and hopefully it will be useful to someone.It has obviously been stored in a shed somewhere for many years and was covered in dust, webs etc and only had a very quick brush before the photos were taken. Dimensions: 177cm long x 72cm high x approx 10cm thick. Please ask any questions you may have :) You are very welcome to come and view prior to bidding (see below).
